Privacy policy

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website or contact our analytics practice. Effective 15 August 2026.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, message, project context, and subsequent correspondence. Our hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Optional site analytics are used only after consent.

How we use information

We use personal information to answer enquiries, assess and deliver engagements, administer contracts and invoices, secure the website, maintain business records, meet legal duties, and—where you consent—understand aggregate site use. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated automated profiling.

Legal grounds and Thai privacy law

Depending on the context, processing is based on consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. We aim to follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable requirements.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by vetted providers supporting hosting, email, documents, scheduling, and professional advice. Some may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.

Retention and security

Enquiries that do not become engagements are generally retained for up to 24 months. Contract, tax, and project records may be retained for the applicable legal period. We use access controls, limited collection, secure providers, and reasonable organisational measures, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
